The idea of The Leaderboard Roundtable is to enrich the professional lives of successful CEOs and enhance their companies bottom-lines by providing them a seat at the table with other already successful CEOs in non-competing companies. This roundtable becomes a place to exchange information, discuss issues and delve into candid, solution-seeking discussions focused on CEO-level issues and at the same time, make a difference in the community in which they live and work.

Qualifications for Membership

Members of the Leaderboard Roundtable must have a high desire to learn and grow in all aspects of their lives. They come from diverse backgrounds that enrich the experience of the roundtable. They are good listeners, compassionate friends and tough colleagues.   Membership is by Invitation Only to ensure a cohesive group dynamic.

Group Size

Each group is comprised of 10-20 non-competing companies depending on the population of the community

Services Provided

Monthly Roundtable Sessions

The group meets for a 2 hour session each month.  Other members have no vested interest in your company but they do have a vested interest in seeing your business and their community succeed.  Success breeds success and communities that are healthy and vibrant with successful businesses grows the city’s image and provides jobs, revenues and security for its citizens.

Executive Director

The monthly round table is facilitated by individuals who have business/leadership experience, have been actively involved in their community and are trained in coaching/facilitation techniques.  This person is the Director of the meeting and will handle all agenda items; arrange for speakers, manage the day’s event and provide a Mentoring Session monthly.

Mentoring Session

Each month the Director will meet with each member if asked to do so in a Mentoring Session.  These sessions help the CEO think through ideas and help identify issues or ideas to bring to the monthly round table for discussion and suggestions of the other members.
